Regardless wich slicing software you use, you need to adjust some settings to fit the machine.

Cura 2.x

You can use the newest Cura version for the 3Dator too. The parameters that need to be change are simular to the older cura versions but you'll find them in different spots. We advise you to use the older version.

However we build a profile for Cura 2.5 that can be implemented manually:

You can find the version 15.04.6 in the list of Cura versions: Cura versions. In Cura you can import the printing settings. You can find our default settings on github:

Link (Download: right click on the button "Raw" and then click "save as")

You can import the profile as seen in the picture to the right "File" > "Open Profile...".

The printer itself needs to be configured by hand.

Simplify 3D

To configure a proffile for your 3Dator select -Other- in the configuration assitent. Then you can insert the following parameter for 3Dator.

After that the heated bed can be imported. Download the file at heatbed.stl . You can import the file in the machine tab in the settings menu.

The print settings can be imported in Simplify from a .fff file. Our default profile will give you a good start for your configuration: Link (Download: right click "Raw" -> save as)
